Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available at no additional charge. Please let us know that your order is a gift and we will make sure to include a gift receipt. We use recycled paper packaging whenever possible.

Resizing and made-to-order custom items.

Chrissi loves to make custom orders and would love to discuss your special order with you. Please contact Chrissi through our direct message service through the website or email her at chrissi@chrissiharmon.com. All made-to-order custom items require a 45% non-refundable deposit up front. This covers the cost of materials that need to be purchased in order to fill the order. The deposit is applied to the final cost of your product. Chrissi wants to make sure that your custom order is perfect. Detailed sketches, process photos and communication are all important in ensuring your made-to-order special item is exactly what you want! No additional coupons or discounts will be applied to a custom order, as I give the absolute best price possible on all custom work. In stock items that are modified for sizing are the exception. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on any made-to-order custom orders or resizing orders.

Care instructions

All of my jewelry is handmade using gemstones, natural materials and sometimes special applications. Please use care when wearing your jewelry. Some of the materials are soft and can not take excessive wear.

I want all my customers to have 100% satisfaction on their purchase. I love making jewelry and I want nothing more than for you to be happy with your choice. If you do need to make a return, please contact me as soon as possible so I can make things right. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless a return is due to damage. Items need to be sent back in their original packaging, and mailed in a bubble mailer with padding to avoid being crushed through the postal service.

Processing Time

Custom orders may take 8-12 weeks MINIMUM to process depending on the complexity of the order. Ready to ship orders will be processed in 1-3 business days.

Custom and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. Chrissi Harmon Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs regulations.
